Cobalt rounds

TECHNICAL SHEET

CAS:  7440-48-4 /   EINECS:  231-158-0

Chemical symbol:  Co

Purity: The purity of cobalt rounds is > 99.98%

Dimensions: diameter: 35mm – height: 8mm

Product Description: Cobalt rounds are manufactured by electrolysis. Thanks to this process, the purity of the product is very high. Cobalt round is an easy-to-handle product that allows easy filling of titanium baskets.

Areas of application: Cobalt rounds are used as cobalt anodes for electroplating. They are placed in titanium baskets and then in cobalt sulfate or cobalt sulfamate baths . They can also be placed with nickel anodes for nickel/cobalt deposits.

Cobalt rounds can also be used in foundries to manufacture alloys containing cobalt. The low unit weight allows precise dosages of the quantities of cobalt to be used.

Packaging: 250 kg drum. Other packaging on request.

Availability:  on request.

Safety/MSDS: Product for industrial use only.
