Product Description: Chromic acid is a dark red, water-soluble flake or granule with a minimum purity of 99.7%. (Guaranteed analysis on request)

Areas of application: The main areas of application are surface treatment, wood treatment, leather treatment, strong oxidant in organic chemistry.
In surface treatment, chromic acid is used for decorative chrome plating, hard or functional chrome plating and chemical etching of plastics before metallization. It is also used for passivations and as an oxidizing agent and for catalysis.

Product description: Chromic acid solution is dark red in color and comes in different concentrations: 25% or 300 g/l, 30% or 375 g/l, 37% or 500 g/l, 45% or 650 g/l and 50% or 750 g/l. We can custom-make any other request based on your specifications for your specific needs.

Areas of application: The main areas of application are surface treatment, wood treatment and leather treatment. Chromic acid in solution is also used as a strong oxidant in organic chemistry.
