Product Description: Boric acid is a white, odorless, water-soluble crystal with a B2O3 purity of 56.25 to 56.80%.

Areas of use: Boric acid is used in surface treatment for nickel and zinc baths, but also as a binding, complexing, oxidizing, anti-scaling and pH regulating agent. It is also used as a corrosion inhibitor, fertilizer, flame retardant, soldering flux, lubricant and viscosity modifier.

Product description: Borax (10H2O and anhydrous) comes in the form of white, odorless crystals, with a B2O3 content of 36.9% minimum for 10H2O and 68.5% minimum for anhydrous.

Areas of use: Borax is used in surface treatment, as a weld stripper, pH regulator, corrosion inhibitor, but also as a flame retardant, lubricant, viscosity modifier, welding flux, and also as a binding agent, complexing agent, oxidant, anti-scale agent, photosensitive agent, or in fertilizers.
