Titanium Baskets

Grade : grade 2 or commonly called T40 (others on request)
Dimensions: The most common dimensions for titanium baskets are 600mm long X 100 and 200mm wide X 40/50 or 60mm thick. We also manufacture round titanium baskets, with a diameter ranging from 45 to 60 mm. The standard mesh is 10x5mm.
We manufacture custom baskets according to your needs: all sizes and all shapes.

Special silvering titanium basket

Dimensions: The most common dimensions for special silvering titanium baskets are 600mm long X 100 and 200mm wide. They have a thickness of 15mm in order to minimize the immobilized material.
So that the shot remains in the baskets, the mesh is particularly fine: 4 x 2mm.

Iron basket

Dimensions: The most common dimensions for iron baskets range from 400 to 1200mm. The diameter is suitable for receiving zinc balls with a diameter of 50mm or 40mm, zinc berlingots or cadmium balls .
Product description: our iron baskets are made to measure according to your technical constraints. The hook with a standard height of 150 mm is a steel angle iron. The structure of the basket is made of vertical steel wires with a diameter of 6 mm. We define with you the height of the hook according to the load-bearing bar (round or rectangular). Options are available to you such as the gripping ring and the reinforcement belts.
Areas of use: The main uses of iron basket are surface treatment, especially zinc plating and cadmium deposition with alkaline baths.
Stainless steel strainer

Dimensions: diameter and height on request
Product description: Our stainless steel strainers are custom-made according to your technical constraints. The handle is fixed or removable. The structure of the basket is made of perforated sheet metal.
They can be coated with Plastisol or Rislan.
Areas of application: stainless steel strainers are used for degreasing and stripping for surface preparations. They are also used for drying parts using corn cobs .

Standard dimensions: lengths 150, 200, 250mm – for flat and round bar (others on request)
Product description: we offer you a complete range of anode hooks for flat or round bars, with horizontal or vertical fixing system, specific to your different types of bath. Options are available such as the handling handle or the PVC or Halar coating. We manufacture your custom hooks according to your plan and specifications.
Areas of application: The anode hooks can be used for nickel, decorative chrome, alkaline and acid copper, alkaline and acid zinc, cadmium, sulfuric pickling, silvering and bronze baths.
